The key to stopping the cycle of interruption is to take ownership of the situation to keep things on track. Your leadership is critical to taking a difficult interruption and turning it into an opportunity to build rapport. This is because a sale is the byproduct of understanding, and understanding only happens when people feel they were truly heard by another person.
